Exception
Situation
The submitter clicks decide and is refused.
Recommendation
Let someone else approve (maker-checker); requests with a workflow are decided via the Inbox.
Why
Creator and approver must differ. A request in a workflow cannot be decided directly, only through the approval Inbox.
Steps
- Submit the request.
- Wait for the approver in the Inbox.
- If urgent, remind the approver or use delegation.
Avoid
- Use another account to approve yourself.
