Employee 360 profile
The 360 profile is a single screen that pulls together everything linked to an employee, so HR does not hop between modules.
When to use
Use it before a review, a promotion decision, or when answering “what do we know about this person?”
Before you start
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Screen | Open an employee from HR → Employees |
| Scope | You see only employees within your company and your data scope |
What the profile combines
| Area | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Profile, bank, contracts, salary | HR records on the employee |
| LMS certificates and enrollments | The LMS app, linked through the employee’s user account |
| Skills | Competency records; completing LMS courses can add competencies |
| Related | Manager, OKR ownership, tasks, and assets |
Using it
Open the employee
Select the employee in the list.
Review the sections
Scroll through the profile, contracts, salary, certificates, and skills.
Update positions
Assign positions from Overview or Edit; skills come from competency records, not from the employee record itself.
Tips & common mistakes
- If a certificate is missing, check that the employee is linked to a user account.
- The CSV export respects the same company and data scope as the list.
- Skills are not edited on the employee record; they come from competency records.
