Situation
A day has a punch but shows “on leave”.
Recommendation
Decide: cancel the leave (the employee worked) or keep the leave and exclude the punch.
Why
The two records conflict; the system does not choose for you.
Steps
- Confirm whether the employee worked.
- Worked: cancel the leave.
- Not worked: keep leave and exclude the punch.
Avoid
- Leave both as they are.
