Fixed-price Service Contract + Service Project + Milestones; push completed Milestones to the Billing queue.
Why
Milestone revenue flows through the Service Management Billing queue. Do not invoice Milestones from an Operations Project when the source is Service Management.
Steps
- Create a fixed-price Service Contract.
- Create the Service Project and Milestones.
- Complete each Milestone.
- Push it to the Billing queue and invoice.
Avoid
- Invoice the milestone from an Operations Project for the same work.
