Situation
Closing the meeting is refused.
Recommendation
Close, cancel or carry over follow_up conclusions that are still open.
Why
A meeting with open action / conditional / follow_up conclusions cannot close, so work does not fall through.
Steps
- Review open conclusions.
- Close or cancel handled ones.
- Carry follow_up to the next meeting.
- Close the meeting.
Avoid
- Mass-cancel conclusions just to close the meeting.
