Fix a mistake

Situation

A Quotation was (or is about to be) converted to the wrong document.

Recommendation

Not yet Converted: fix the line structure then convert. Already Converted: create a new document.

Why

Consumed Quotation lines cannot be reused; a second conversion is blocked to avoid duplicate revenue.

Steps

1. Check the Quotation status.
2. If not Converted: fix lines and convert.
3. If Converted: create a new document without reusing consumed lines.

Avoid

• Convert an already Converted Quotation a second time.
