Exception
Situation
A button you need is not on the detail page.
Recommendation
Check the document’s status and remaining quantity — buttons only appear when the action is valid.
Why
Detail-page buttons come from the same policy as the server-side generator, so a hidden button means the action would be refused (wrong status, nothing remaining or no permission).
Steps
- Check the status (e.g. confirmed/delivered).
- Check remaining unconverted quantity.
- Check your permissions.
- Move the document to the right status and retry.
Avoid
- Create the child by hand to get around the hidden button.
