An employee requests 4 OT hours; the manager accepts 3.
Recommendation
Turn on partial approval for the request type with quantity field ot_hours.
Why
The partial-approval flag lets the approver record the accepted amount on the request type’s quantity field.
Steps
- The admin enables partial approval with field ot_hours.
- The approver enters the accepted hours.
- Approve.
Avoid
- Reject and make them resubmit with new hours.
