Health Alerts

A health alert is the notification layer on top of health scoring: when an account’s or contact’s health segment changes for the worse, XBuddy creates one open alert so a CSM can react without having to watch the health board continuously. Alerts are deduplicated — a second drop of the same type on the same account won’t create a duplicate open alert — and each alert can carry a link to the playbook that was triggered for it.

Alerts you see are scoped to what you own or have visibility into: your own accounts, your CS team’s accounts (if your tenant uses CS teams), or any account/contact your role can otherwise see.

Review open alerts

Go to Customer Success → Health Alerts. Filter by account or contact if you’re following up on a specific customer.

Resolve an alert

Once you’ve acted on it — started a playbook run, reached out, or confirmed the drop was a false alarm — mark the alert resolved so it drops out of the open queue.
