Signed contracts are financially locked. Scope, value, or term changes go through an amendment that is itself a signable document.

Draft the annex
Describe what changes (value, SKU mix, dates). The live contract stays as-is until the amendment is effective.
Sign
Collect signatures like any other signable entity. See Contracts & Signatures.
Make effective
On the effective date, totals and entitlements recalc. Past invoices are not silently rewritten; the chain stays auditable.
