Dashboard and reports (beta)
The dashboard shows today’s figures; the Reports page shows a summary for a date range.

When to use
- You want a quick read of today’s sales and kitchen speed.
- You want to compare a week or month of sales.
Before you start
- Permission:
pos:usefor the dashboard;pos:reportsfor the Reports page. - Toggles: none.
- Dates follow your company’s time zone. A report covers at most 366 days.
Read the numbers
Open the dashboard
Go to F&B → Dashboard (/fnb).
Read revenue and orders
Revenue adds completed and refunded POS sales (refunds subtract) plus completed online orders. Voided sales are left out.
Check the kitchen figures
Read the average kitchen time and the number of tickets still pending.
Open Reports
Go to F&B → Reports (/fnb/reports), choose a date range and read the summary: revenue, order count, average per order and kitchen time.
What is counted

| POS sale | Completed or refunded, in your company currency, from the shops selected in outlet settings. |
| Online order | Completed. |
| Voided POS sale | Never. |
Tips & common mistakes
- If no shops are selected, all POS shops are counted and the screen says so.
- POS sales in another currency are left out and the number of excluded sales is shown.
- The covers figure uses the guest count entered on POS sales; it is blank when nobody enters it.
- The dashboard and reports use the same definition, so they should agree for the same day.
