Depreciation is refused or posts nothing new.

Run for the open month; periods already run are skipped.
Why
PeriodGuard refuses depreciation into a closed period. A period that already has depreciation is skipped, so there is no duplicate.
Steps
- Check which period is open.
- Run depreciation for that month.
- If an old period is needed, reopen it under control.
Avoid
- Post depreciation by hand to fill a skipped period.
