Online ordering & delivery (beta)
F&B → Online Ordering lets staff take an online or phone order from the menu and follow its status. F&B → Delivery lets you declare delivery channels and view their orders.
Beta. There is no public ordering storefront, and delivery partners (GrabFood, ShopeeFood, Baemin, Loship) do not send orders in automatically.
When to use
- A customer phones in or messages an order and staff key it in.
- You want phone orders to reach the kitchen without writing a paper slip.
- You want to record which delivery channels the outlet works with.
Before you start
- Permission:

- Menu items must exist and be marked available (see Building the menu and recipes).
Take an online or phone order
Open Online Ordering
Go to F&B → Online Ordering (/fnb/online-ordering).
Create the order
Choose the new-order action and add menu items with quantities. Only items that belong to your company and are available can be added.
Confirm the total
The system prices the order from the menu base prices; you do not type prices. The order number starts with OL.
Send to the kitchen
Saving creates the order as confirmed and one kitchen ticket at the same time. Follow it on the kitchen display.
Complete or cancel
When the customer has the food, set the order to completed. Cancel it if it will not be fulfilled.
Order statuses
| Status | Meaning |

| confirmed | Order saved and sent to the kitchen. |
| preparing | The kitchen ticket is being worked on; the order follows it. |
| ready | The kitchen marked it ready; the order follows it. |
| completed | Handed to the customer; counts towards online revenue. |
| cancelled | Cancelled; its open kitchen ticket is cancelled too. |
Delivery channels
Open Delivery
Go to F&B → Delivery (/fnb/delivery).
Declare a channel
Add GrabFood, ShopeeFood, Baemin, Loship or a custom channel. API key and webhook secret are stored encrypted and are never shown back, only whether they are set.
View orders
Orders already in the system are listed per channel. Nothing is pulled from the partner.
Tips & common mistakes
- Do not expect partner orders to appear by themselves; there is no connector yet.
- An order cannot be moved back once it is completed or cancelled.
- Leaving a secret field showing its masked value keeps the stored secret; clearing it removes the secret.
- An item that is not marked available cannot be ordered.
