Cannot move a Lead/Deal stage

Dragging a card to a new stage is blocked.
Recommendation
Complete the target stage criteria (manual tick or required field).
Why
Criteria and direction rules are per-company pipeline configuration. There are two kinds: manual ticks and required fields (which cannot be ticked). Won/lost goes through the close dialog with a reason; leaving a closed stage requires reopening.
Steps
- Read the missing criteria.
- Tick manual criteria or fill required fields.
- Move the stage again.
- Close Deals via Won/Lost with a reason.
Avoid
- Create a Deal directly in a final stage to skip criteria.
