Scope the project
Link a customer, SM contract, or internal owner. Child tasks inherit context.
Execute tasks
Status changes follow the same allowed transitions everywhere (detail, board, chat commands).
Time and billing
Approved and billable logs with no invoice yet can be invoiced under the project — see operations project billing in the product app.
