Over a threshold
Situation
Project cost has exceeded or is about to exceed the budget.
Recommendation
Review the Budget by category card and propose a new Budget version for PMO approval.
Why
In block mode, documents that would exceed the budget cannot be approved until a new budget exists.
Steps
- Open the Budget by category card.
- Find the overspent category.
- Propose a new Budget version.
- PMO approves; blocked documents can proceed.
Avoid
- Move cost to another project to dodge the overrun.
