Hand it to a superior or adjust the hours.
Why
It is the manager’s own request (labelled “your request”) or it exceeds the cap in blocking mode.
Steps
- Look for the “your request” label.
- If yours: hand it to your superior.
- If over the cap: adjust the hours.
Avoid
- Have someone else log in and approve.
