Invoice from a Sales Order with goods and services

Situation
The Sales Order has both goods and services and needs an Invoice.
Recommendation
Open the Invoice form with ?soId=; leave lines empty to take the remaining quantity.
Why
Goods wait for a Delivery Order if delivery is mandatory; services bill on ordered quantity. The system takes what is not yet invoiced.
Steps
- Open the Sales Order and create an Invoice (form ?soId=).
- Select lines, or leave empty to take everything remaining.
- Check goods are delivered if DO is mandatory.
- Save and send the Invoice.
Avoid
- Type a free Invoice in Finance without linking the Sales Order.
