Limits, troubleshooting & FAQ

Where do shipments come from? Usually from delivery orders in Sales. When a delivery order is confirmed and stock is released via a goods issue, Logistics creates a shipment you can route and dispatch.

Can I use more than one carrier? Yes. You assign a carrier per route or shipment and compare performance in Reports. Built-in carrier integrations (GHN, GHTK…) are in development — statuses are updated manually for now.

Is there automatic route optimization? Not yet. Routes are planned manually; the AI assistant can suggest routes, but an optimizer that sequences stops automatically is in development.

What happens when a delivery fails? Record it as a delivery exception. You can reschedule, reroute, or — if the customer refuses the goods — create a return.

How do I spot late deliveries? Reports show delivery performance by carrier, and the Logistics Coordinator assistant surfaces shipments at risk of being late.

Does a return update inventory? Not automatically. When a return is received, warehouse and accounting staff restock / issue a credit note in Inventory and Sales.
