One department charges another.

Recommendation

Use Internal Charge between two different cost centers.

Why

Internal Charges serve management reporting; the statutory B02 report is unchanged. The same cost center on both sides is refused.

Steps

1. Create an Internal Charge.
2. Pick the provider and receiver cost centers (different).
3. Record and review on management P&L.

Avoid

• Use a normal Invoice between departments.
