Lead-to-Cash
The front-office journey into Order-to-Cash. Winning a deal is not only a CRM stage change: it starts commercial documents and, for services, often a contract.
Apps involved: CRM · Sales · Finance · Inventory for goods · Contract Management

Capture and qualify — CRM
Leads arrive from forms, import, or marketing. Score and stage: new → contacted → qualified / disqualified. Convert to a contact + deal.
Work the deal — CRM
Pipeline stages with probability. When the deal is won, XBuddy continues the chain (quote/order and contract) — the win is not a dead-end status.
Quote and order — Sales
Same documents as Order-to-Cash. Goods go through delivery; services can skip the warehouse.
Invoice and cash — Finance
Fulfilment and billing follow ERP rules, including revenue timing.
Service-heavy wins may continue into Service Management instead of (or in addition to) a warehouse delivery.
