Retainer Service Contract with periodic billing events; no Invoice for work inside the allowance.

Why

The retainer fee already covers incidents within the allowance. Over the allowance, bill via chargeable Timesheets or an upsell Quotation.

Steps

1. Create a retainer Service Contract with periodic events.
2. Within allowance: handle via Ticket and Field Service Job.
3. Over allowance: chargeable Timesheet or upsell Quotation.
4. Watch utilization; renew or stop Recurring when the allowance burns out.

Avoid

• Invoice each incident within the allowance.
