Item refused on a requisition
Exception
Situation
Adding an item to a PR/PO is refused.
Recommendation
Turn on purchasable (can_purchase) for the item, or pick another item.
Why
The purchasable gate runs on every purchase-line write path (create, clone, convert, import, assistant). A sellable product is not necessarily purchasable.
Steps
- Check the item’s can_purchase flag in the catalog.
- If it really is bought: the catalog owner turns it on.
- Add the line again.
Avoid
- Use a free-text line to bypass the gate.
