- Set stale_deal_alert_days.
- Watch stalled-Deal alerts.
- Run deal_coach for a Deal or pipeline_review for the team.
- Update the next step or close the Deal.
Avoid
- Let AI change stages on its own — the assistant only suggests.
Roles & permissions
The sales lead sets the threshold; reps handle the Deals.
