Two people generate from the same source

Situation
You click generate and are told the source changed state.
Recommendation
Reload the source — the other person finished; the losing attempt creates nothing.
Why
When generating a child document, the system locks the source in the same transaction and recomputes what remains. The later attempt gets the real state and burns no document number, so a PR never gets two RFQs and a receipt never gets two invoices.
Steps
- Read the state error.
- Reload the source document.
- Open the child that was created.
- Create more only if quantity remains.
Avoid
- Retry repeatedly until it goes through.
