Overnight OT end time error

Situation
An OT request for 22:00–02:00.
Recommendation
Enter HH:MM in company time — the system treats it as overnight (240 minutes).
Why
An end time earlier than the start rolls to the next day; do not add a timezone offset.
Steps
- Enter start 22:00.
- Enter end 02:00.
- Check the duration is 240 minutes.
Avoid
- Add a timezone offset or split into two requests.
