List, Board & Calendar
My Tasks (/tasks)
Your personal queue, built from three sources:
- Tasks where you are the assignee
- Tasks where you are a co-assignee
- Tasks assigned to your team (when the organization enables team data scope)
Sorted by due date and priority. Start your day here.
All Tasks (/tasks/all)
The full list within the scope you may see (mine / my team / whole company — depending on permissions).
- Filters: status, priority, assignee, project, due date, tags; search by title
- Inline editing: change status, priority, due date and assignee without opening the task
- Mark complete with the checkbox at the start of the row
- Bulk actions: select several rows to change status, priority, assignee or archive them
Bulk actions process one task at a time. Any task that breaks a rule (for example no assignee, open subtasks, unfinished predecessor) is skipped and listed with the reason; the others are still updated. Read the “N succeeded, M failed” message carefully.
Kanban Board (/tasks/board)
Each column is a status: Backlog → To Do → In Progress → In Review → Done. Dragging a card to another column changes the task’s status. Cards show the assignee, due date, priority, subtask count and a blocked-by-dependency icon.
Dragging applies the same rules as everywhere else: the drop is refused if the transition is invalid, the task has no assignee, the parent still has open subtasks, or a predecessor is not done (depending on settings).
Inside the Projects app, a project’s board also offers Group by milestone or deliverable (swimlanes), each lane showing its completion %.
Task Calendar (/tasks/calendar)
Tasks laid out by due date. Use it to spot overloaded weeks and move deadlines sensibly. The organization-wide Calendar app also has a Due view that combines tasks with approvals that have deadlines.
