Enter a fixed amount or a % of budget on the Milestone first.
Why
The system never invents milestone amounts; the Milestone needs a value before invoicing.
Steps
- Open the Milestone.
- Enter a fixed amount or % of budget.
- Create the milestone Invoice.
Avoid
- Invoice the milestone by hand outside the project.
