Comments, @mentions and replies
- Type
@to mention someone. Only the task’s assignees, participants and watchers can be mentioned; mentioned people are notified in their own language. - Reply creates a one-level thread under the original comment.
- You can edit / delete your own comments. A comment that still has replies cannot be deleted — delete the replies first.
- When you edit a comment, only newly mentioned people are notified.
Watching
Click Watch to be notified when the task changes or gets a new comment, even if you are not assigned.
Logging time
Click Log time to enter hours for a date. The hours shown on a task are always the sum of logged entries (on the task plus its direct subtasks), compared against the estimate. If the task belongs to a project, the hours go straight into the project’s labor.
The fastest way to log time for many tasks at once is the Daily log.
OKR links
In Key results, link the task to a key result. When the task changes status, the key result’s progress updates accordingly.
AI on a task
The detail page has an AI Agents panel to run agents for this task only: suggest an assignee, predict overdue risk, flag dependency blockers. Agents only suggest; you confirm before any change is applied.
Tasks are also created automatically elsewhere: workflows, Customer Success playbooks, meeting conclusions, the /task command in Team Chat, the AI assistant. The origin always shows in the Document chain.
