The won Deal includes services to perform after the sale.
Recommendation
Turn on deal_won_creates_service_contract, or create a Service Contract / Service Order manually.
Why
Service delivery lives in Service Management. The flag creates a service contract when the Deal is won; without it, create the right document by hand.
Steps
- Decide whether to turn on deal_won_creates_service_contract.
- If not: create a Service Contract (recurring work) or a Service Order (one-off work).
- Continue in Service Management.
Avoid
- Track service delivery on the Deal.
