Cannot convert a Lead that is not qualified
Exception
Situation
You click Convert and the system refuses.
Recommendation
Finish qualifying the Lead, then convert.
Why
When the company turns on the qualification-required flag, the system refuses to convert any unqualified Lead so the pipeline has no junk Deals.
Steps
- Open the refused Lead.
- Complete the qualification criteria and move the Lead to qualified.
- Click Convert again.
Avoid
- Ask an admin to turn the flag off just to convert one Lead.
