XBuddy is licensed by pack, not per app. You buy the slice of the platform your teams need, and every app inside comes along.
The model in one minute
- Packs — five of them: Finance, Business, People, Operations, and Collaboration. Each bundles the apps a typical team buys together.
- Suites — pre-made combinations of packs for common company profiles, priced as a bundle.
- Add-ons — optional extras layered on top of packs: industry verticals (POS/F&B, distribution, …) and advanced features such as extended accounting or analytics.
- Module access follows licensing — whether an app opens for your tenant is derived from your packs and add-ons. An unlicensed app simply won’t open, regardless of roles.
Licensing (what the tenant bought) and permissions (what a user may do) are separate axes. A user needs both: the pack that contains the app, and a role that grants the action. See Roles & Permissions.
