Product & Marketing
XBuddy Product & Marketing is where your non-stock catalog lives and where demand gets generated. It manages the commercial catalog of services, subscriptions, digital products, and bundles, gives you an AI-assisted content library, and runs campaigns whose cost and revenue are measured all the way back to the channel that produced each lead.
Who uses it: marketers planning campaigns, content teams producing and generating collateral, product managers maintaining the catalog, and revenue leaders reviewing ROI and attribution. Because leads flow into CRM and products flow into Sales, marketing spend can be traced to closed revenue — not just clicks.

Important features
Product & Service catalog
The catalog at Product & Marketing → Product Catalog holds everything you sell that does not consume tracked stock — services, subscriptions, digital downloads/licenses, and bundles. (Physical goods you resell live in Inventory, not here.)
Open the catalog
Go to Product & Marketing → Product Catalog. The page is titled “Products & Services” because it covers non-stock goods too.
Add a sellable
Click New Product and choose the type: service (human-delivered work), subscription (recurring plan), digital (license/download), or bundle (a packaged combination).
Use it in Sales
Once canSell is set, the item appears in the unified Sales line-item picker alongside sellable stock items.

Content Library & AI generation
The Content Library stores reusable assets and source material; Content Generate turns a prompt (or a product record) into on-brand copy using AI.
Organize source material
Go to Product & Marketing → Content Library and add reference assets — product descriptions, brand guidelines, prior campaigns.
Generate a piece
Open Product & Marketing → Content Generate, describe what you need (e.g. “launch email for the Pro plan”), and let the AI draft it from the library context.
Save and reuse
Approved drafts become Content Pieces you can attach to campaigns or export.

Campaigns, ROI & attribution
A campaign bundles content, budget, schedule, and channels. XBuddy then measures which channels and campaigns actually produced revenue, not just traffic.
Plan a campaign
Go to Product & Marketing → Campaigns → New Campaign, set the budget, dates, target audience, and the channels it runs on.
Track ROI
Open Product & Marketing → Campaign ROI to compare spend against attributed pipeline and closed revenue per campaign.
See attribution
Product & Marketing → Attribution maps leads and revenue back to the originating channel using UTM/click tracking, so you can reallocate budget to the best sources.
Lead scoring & Hot Leads
Lead scoring ranks incoming prospects by fit and engagement; Hot Leads is the auto-curated shortlist of the most sales-ready ones, handed to CRM for follow-up.
Configure scoring
Go to Product & Marketing → Lead Scoring and set point rules for company size, engagement, and campaign response.
Work the hot list
Open Product & Marketing → Hot Leads to see the top-scoring prospects; the Lead Qualifier agent proposes the next action.
Hand off to CRM
Convert a hot lead into a CRM deal in one click, carrying the score and source with it.

FAQ
What’s the difference between this catalog and Inventory? This catalog holds non-stock sellables — services, subscriptions, digital products, and bundles that never decrement warehouse quantity. Physical goods you count and ship live in Inventory. A single Sales picker surfaces both, each tagged stock vs. non-stock.
How does attribution know which channel produced a lead? Leads captured through tracked links carry UTM/channel data, which is stored on the lead and rolled up in the Attribution report, mapping each lead and its resulting revenue back to a channel.
Is the AI content on-brand? Content Generate uses your Content Library (brand guidelines, prior copy, product data) as context, so drafts follow your tone and facts. You review and approve before anything becomes a Content Piece.
How are Hot Leads chosen? They’re the highest-scoring leads from your Lead Scoring rules — the ones most likely to be sales-ready — auto-curated so reps focus effort where it converts.
Can I measure campaign return, not just clicks? Yes. Campaign ROI compares spend against attributed pipeline and closed revenue, so you see actual return rather than surface engagement metrics.
