What it does
Logistics Coordinator keeps shipments on track and customers informed. It assists with delivery orders, predicts which shipments are likely to run late, and helps handle exceptions when a delivery goes off-plan.

Triggers & schedule
Skills run on daily crons across active shipments, plus event triggers on delivery events. A shipment- or delivery-order-scoped run can be triggered manually from the record’s detail page. All runs are notify-first — the Assistant emits Suggestions for human approval.
Actions & approvals
Actions appear in the Suggestions queue with Approve / Dismiss controls. Examples:
- Flag delayed shipment heading for a late delivery.
- Notify on a delivery exception.
- Escalate SLA breach on an at-risk delivery.
Where to find it
Open Automation → Agents and filter by the Logistics domain, or use the AI Hub in the Logistics app. On a shipment or delivery-order detail page, the entity-scoped panel runs the Assistant against that record.
