Tasks
Tasks is XBuddy’s lightweight tracker for personal and team work. Every team member gets a personal queue (My Tasks), a shared Kanban board, a full task list, and a calendar — enough to run daily execution without the ceremony of full project management.
Two surfaces, one system. A task can stand alone or belong to a project. Standalone Tasks and Project Tasks share the same engine, and both appear on the same board and calendar.

Working with tasks day to day
Focus on your queue
Open Tasks → My Tasks (/tasks/my-tasks) for just the tasks assigned to you, sorted by due date and priority.
Work the board
Go to Tasks → Board (/tasks/board) to drag tasks across columns (To Do → In Progress → Done). Columns reflect status, so moving a card updates the task.
Fill in the details
On each task, set the assignee, due date, and priority; add a checklist for sub-steps and use comments to keep the discussion attached to the work.
See everything and schedule
Use Tasks → All Tasks (/tasks/all) for the full list with filters, and Tasks → Calendar (/tasks/calendar) to view tasks by due date.
Reporting
Open Tasks → Reports (/tasks/reports) for throughput, cycle time, and completion trends across the team.
