The Recruiter Copilot is the hiring-focused Assistant split out from HR Ops. It screens applications, parses CVs into structured data, evaluates candidates against requirements, and helps recruiters run better interviews and reuse their talent pool.

What it does
Recruiter Copilot accelerates the top of the hiring funnel. It parses incoming CVs into structured candidate profiles, screens applications against role criteria, and scores candidates so recruiters can prioritize. It generates tailored interview questions and matches open roles to candidates already in the talent pool.
Its output helps recruiters move faster without losing rigor — screening and evaluation results are proposed for human review, not applied automatically.
Actions are notify-first: the Assistant emits Suggestions for human approval.

Triggers & schedule
Skills run on application intake and on daily crons across open requisitions. The CV parser and evaluator can be run from a candidate’s detail page. All runs are notify-first — actions await human approval.
Actions & approvals
Actions appear in the Suggestions queue with Approve / Dismiss controls. Examples:
- Apply parsed CV data to a candidate profile.
- Shortlist candidate based on evaluation score.
- Match candidate to an open role from the talent pool.
Where to find it
Open Automation → Agents and filter by the HR domain, or use the AI Hub in the Recruitment app. On a candidate detail page, the entity-scoped panel runs the Assistant against that candidate.
