What it does
Performance & OKR Coach watches the goal lifecycle end to end. It tracks OKR progress and scores OKR health, predicts which cycles are at risk, and validates that objectives are aligned up and down the org. It nudges owners to complete check-ins and summarizes cycles as they close.
For talent reviews, it analyzes pulse surveys, classifies performance into a nine-box grid, detects calibration bias, and tracks IDP milestones and coaching progress.
Actions are notify-first: the Assistant emits Suggestions for human approval.
