Multi-Language
XBuddy is fully bilingual: English and Vietnamese across every app, screen, and label — not a partial translation layer bolted on later. The product ships with over ten thousand translated strings maintained in lockstep for both languages.
What’s bilingual
- The entire interface — navigation, forms, statuses, error messages, reports, and AI agent output all follow the interface language.
- Per-user choice — each user picks their own language; two colleagues in the same tenant can work in different languages on the same data.
- Master data labels — lookup values (categories, sources, types you manage under Master Data) store an English and a Vietnamese label, so dropdowns read naturally for everyone.

Business data itself (a contact’s name, an invoice note) is stored as you type it — only labels, options, and system text are translated.
When it matters
- Mixed teams: Vietnamese staff and English-speaking managers or investors using the same tenant.
- Documents and reports reviewed by foreign partners or auditors.
- Onboarding staff who are more comfortable in one language.
