A: Real-time dashboards refresh every 5 minutes (pull from database). Scheduled reports run at the specified time. Both are configurable.

Q: Can end-users export a report without creating a saved report?
A: Yes. Any dashboard card can be exported as CSV or Excel by clicking the export icon in the card header. No save needed.

Q: Do scheduled reports show historical comparisons (year-over-year)?
A: Yes. Reports can include period-over-period comparison columns (current month vs same month last year) using the comparison builder.
