  • Workflows & Automation — General Availability — The Workflow Builder is now fully production-ready. Features include: 28+ pre-built approval templates, 6 step types (approval, parallel approval, AI decision, condition, auto-action, notify-only), SLA-based escalation, complete audit trail, and mobile-friendly approval interface.
  • Delegation Templates (25 system templates) — Delegation rules now ship with 25 system-defined templates organized by scenario: absence, travel, emergency, and domain-specific (Finance, HR, CRM, Operations). Activate a template in one click from Automation → Delegation.
  • Automation Policies — Define JSONLogic-based rules that auto-approve, auto-reject, route to AI, or escalate approval requests based on configurable conditions. Policies are evaluated before human approval steps and logged in the audit trail.
  • Master Orchestrator — A new cross-domain intelligence layer that coordinates 17 domain AI controllers simultaneously and produces a unified executive risk and opportunity report. Available from Automation → Orchestrations.
  • Per-User Pack Subscriptions — New subscription model where admins assign specific packs (Business, Finance, Operations, People, Collab) to individual users. Each user’s App Switcher shows only apps from their assigned packs. Manage from Settings → Pack Management.
